Young Coconut Chiffon Cake: your guests will adore them

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
60 gr sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla
80 ml coconut milk
100 gr cake flour
40 ml oil
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
60 gr sugar
Coconut flakes
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with sugar, then add vanilla, coconut milk, flour and oil. Mix well and set aside. Whip the egg whites and mix with cream of tartar and sugar. Unite all and pour into the molds, add coconut flakes and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
