Strawberry souffle pancake: fluffy, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
Strawberry Jam:
Strawberry   60g
Sugar   20g
Strawberry Cream:
Mascarpone   20g
Heavy Cream   60g
Strawberry Powder   3g
Sugar   6g
Souffle Pancake:
Egg Yolk   30g
Vanilla Extract
Milk   20g
Cake Flour   32g
Baking Powder   2g
Egg White   70g
Sugar   25g
 
Strawberry for Decoration
Strawberry Powder
 
Directions:
Cut the strawberry and cook with sugar, then set aside.
Cream: mix the mascarpone and heavy cream, then add strawberry powder and sugar.
Pancake: mix the ingredient and beat, a part, the egg whites. Unite all and cook.
Decorate and serve.
