Spinach Rolls, for a delicious and special dinner

Ingredients:
You will need:
1250 ml of flour
350 ml of sparkling water
3 eggs
100 ml of melted butter
50 grams of fresh yeast
60 ml of sugar
1½ tsp of salt
500 grams of feta cheese
400 grams of cream cheese
300 grams of bacon
500 grams of frozen spinach
2 onions
Salt, pepper and oil
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, water, eggs, yeast and butter. Add bacon in a pot, let it fry then add onions, cream cheese and spinach and let it cook. Spread the mixture onto tortilla and roll it up. Bake it at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Slice roll into 1-inch servings.
