Carnival roses: beautiful and delicious

Ingredients:
150g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
20g vanilla-flavored sugar
30g softened butter
20g Marsala
salt
food ring mold 8cm diameter
Directions:
Mix flour and butter, then add the eggs, sugar, salt and marsala. Form a dough and wrap it in the plastic wrap, leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut with a food ring mold and shape the roses. Deep fry them and cover with marsala, then serve with cream (you can use the one you prefer).
