Pandoro cheesecake: a yummy idea to serve your guests

Ingredients:
1 Pandoro
coffee 2/3 cups
milk to taste
2 teaspoons brown sugar
250g whipped cream
1 gelatin leaf
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 jars coconut yogurt
pistachios
hazelnuts
raisin
Directions:
Put the gelatin to soften, then in the meantime whip the cream. Then mix the powdered sugar with yogurt and brown sugar. Add the cream and gelatin and mix everything. Put the pandoro in a cake pan and pour coffee and milk, fill and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Then decorate and serve.
