Cheesy Baguettes: with a crunchy crust and soft fluffy crumb

Ingredients:
700g Strong white bread flour
520g Cool water
1½ tsp Kosher salt or 1 tsp ordinary table salt
1½tsp Instant or active dried yeast
80g Grated mature cheddar cheese + 25g for garnish
15g Fresh chives
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.Repeat this for 4 times. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Using lightly floured hands, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Cover and let them rise for 20 minutes. Form the baguettes manipulating the dough, and add cheese and chives on the surface. Bake to 200°C for 20 minutes.
