Crunchy rolls: the cheesy recipe for your dinner!

Crispy on the outside and so creamy and cheese inside, you'll love the result!

INGREDIENTS

500g minced beef

1 onion

4g (1 tsp) salt

4g (1 tsp) pepper

3 eggs

150g (2/3 cup) cheese

150g (1 cup) breadcrumbs

METHOD

In a bowl, mix minced meat, grated onion, egg, salt and pepper. Leave to rest for 60 min.
Spread the meat on the foil and cover with cheese. Roll up and put in the freezer.
Cut the roll into slices. Dip slices in scrambled egg and bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil. Serve.
