Pastry baguette: a soft alternative to try!

It's so easy to make at home! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 550g / 3.33 cups flour (all purpose)
• 200ml / 6.76oz milk
• 65ml / 2.2oz water
• 20g / 0.08 cups olive oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 25g fresh yeast
• 50g / 0.18 cup butter
• 1 egg
• sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Add sugar and water to the yeast. Mix.
  2. Add salt, diluted yeast, milk, olive oil to the flour and knead the dough. Allow 1 hour to rise. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each part into a cake and grease with butter. Fold the dough in three layers. Let rise for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and grease with butter. Roll up. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Make cuts in each roll. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
