Homemade churros: the simple way to make them special

Ingredients:
320 gr water
200 gr Manitoba flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
30 gr anise

Directions:
Bring the water to a boil and add salt, yeast and anise. Finally add the flour and mix well until the mixture comes off the pan.
Place the lukewarm dough in the pastry bag. Fry the churros in hot oil.
