No bake log with mascarpone cheese: the creamy dessert

Ingredients:
16 snacks
200 gr. mascarpone cheese
60 gr. of sugar
1 sachet of flan preparation
600 ml. whole milk
For the caramel:
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
Directions:
Blend 10 snacks with sugar, milk, mascarpone and flan mix. Let it thicken on the fire.
Prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold, then pour the cream and cover with 6 snacks. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours and then serve.
