Custard mini tarts: your family will adore this dessert

A Spanish recipe that will captivate you.
Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
4 yolks
100 ml milk
200 ml cream
70 gr sugar
30 gr corn starch
Cinnamon and lemon zest
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix milk, cream, cinnamon and lemon zest. Bring to a boil.
Separately, mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Filter and add the milk, bring to the fire and let it thicken. Let the cream cool.
Then form the pies with the pastry and bake at 400°F (200°) for 12 minutes.
