How to prepare a perfect and juicy meat broth

Ingredients:
Celery
Carrots
Onion
Chicken, beef, bone (or tail)
Cloves
Garlic
Laurel
Salt
Directions:
Fill a saucepan with cold water and add the meat, onion (inserting the cloves), a couple of carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf and salt. Cook for at least a couple of hours.
