Chocolate cake with almond flour: the easy and delicious dessert

An Italian recipe to make the delicious caprese cake.
Ingredients:
135g of butter
135g of dark chocolate (of excellent quality)
200g of almond flour (or peeled and chopped almonds)
125g of sugar
3 eggs
1 and a half tablespoons of rum
1 sachet of vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Divide the yolks from the whites and add the first to the chocolate. Also add the almond flour and mix.
Then beat the egg whites until stiff adding the sugar. Add the chocolate mixture, adding rum and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter floured mold.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-35 minutes.
