Three ingredients truffles: the easy recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
125 grams of milk chocolate
100 gr of cream for desserts
150 gr of cocoa biscuits
chopped almonds q.s.
Directions:
First crumble the biscuits, then melt the chocolate with the cream. Add the biscuits and mix well, then leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
Form the balls and pass them in the chopped almonds.
Leave them in the fridge until a few minutes before serving.
