Vegetable cheese pie: the quick recipe full of flavor

Ingredients:
3 - 4 large eggs
1.5 tsp salt, pepper, chili, garlic, to taste.
250ml (1 cup) milk
Onion, tomato, spring onion, paprika, mushrooms, spinach, etc.
1 cup mozzarella cheese
250g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil/melted butter 
2 large potatoes, roughly grated and squeezed
Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
 
Directions:
Beat the eggs with spices. Then add milk, onion, tomato, spring onion, paprika, mushrooms, spinach and mix well. Add mozzarella cheese, flour, baking powder, oil (or butter) and potato.
Pout the mixture in a baking dish and cover with grated mozzarella.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
