Special pancakes with fruit: you'll want to try this now

Ingredients pancakes:
700 ml milk

320 g flour
5 tbs sugar
3 tbs vegetable oil

150 ml hot water
For the cream:
200gr whipped Cream
100gr mascarpone cheese
100gr sugar

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar and mix them. Add milk, flour and one cup of hot water. Pour vegetable oil and mix it again. Pour a bit of oil onto a non-stick pan and cook the pancakes. Let it cook until bubbles start forming, then turn over the pancake. Put the pancakes in a round container, by side.
Cream: add the mascarpone cheese and sugar to whipped cream, and mix them.
Pour cream on the pancakes and add favourite fruit.
Let it cool for one night in the fridge and taste it.
