INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
60g sugar
2 tsp vegetable oil
250ml milk
200g flour
2 tsp baking powder

to decorate:
strawberries
blueberries
tangerines
chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the vegetable oil.
2. Gradually add the milk to the flour.
3. Lastly, add the baking powder and mix until it becomes a smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered, nonstick pan. Make the pancakes any size and shape you prefer.
