Fruit croissants: a fun idea to make with your kids!

INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
Cake flour – 420g ( 3 1/2 cups )
Milk – 200ml ( 1 cup )
Butter – 60g ( 4 tbsp )
2 Egg
Dry yeast – 4g ( 1 tsp )
Sugar – 13g ( 1 tbsp )
Salt – 2g ( 1/2 tsp )
Filling:
Bananas
Apples
Sugar – 50g ( 4 tbsp )
Cocoa – 10g ( 1 tbsp )
Cinnamon – 8g ( 1 tbsp )
1 Egg yolk
Decoration:
Icing sugar
METHOD:
For dough:
- In a bowl add flour, milk, sugar and yeast. Mix and add salt, egg and butter. Knead it well. Leave it covered.
For filling:
- Mix the half of sugar with cocoa and the other half with cinnamon. Cut the apples and bananas.
- Divide the dough into two balls. Spread each ball and cut into stripes. Spread each stripe and put some sugar with cocoa and with cinnamon.
- Add a piece of apples with cinnamon sugar and the banana with cocoa sugar. Roll it and put it into pan. Cover them with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve.
