INGREDIENTS

235ml (1 cup) water
245ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg
50g sugar
10g dry yeast
10g vanilla sugar
60g melted butter
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll out the cake.
- Cut into long triangles and brush with butter. Arrange the chocolate filling and form the croissants.
- Place croissants on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Sprinkle the finished croissants with icing sugar.
