Bread balls with stringy heart: ideal for a quick dinner

Ingredients:
Stale bread q.b.
3 eggs
salt
pepper
Breadcrumbs q.b.
Grated cheese q.b.
chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of garlic pâté (or minced garlic)
Mozzarella cheese
Fry oil
 
Preparation:
Put the bread in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. When you have obtained a uniform mixture, form the balls and fill them with the mozzarella (or stringy cheese). Pass them in breadcrumbs and fry in boiling oil.
