Homemade COKTAIL SAUCE: VERY QUICK to make, ideal for your holiday dinners! π€β€οΈ

INGREDIENTS
For mayonnaise:
2 egg yolks
7ml (1/2 tbsp) of white wine vinegar
30ml (2 tbsp) of lemon juice
a pinch of salt
310ml (1 1/2 cups) of vegetable oil

For the sauce:
260g of mayonnaise
130g of ketchup
15g (1 tbsp) of mustard
12ml (1/2 tbsp) of cognac
7ml (1 tsp) of Worcestershire sauce

For serving:
Sandwich bread
Shrimp
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the egg yolks, white wine vinegar, lemon (juice), salt, and seed oil and mix with the electric mixer to obtain mayonnaise.
2. In a mixing bowl add the prepared mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cognac, and Worcestershire sauce and whisk to prepare the salsa rosa sauce.
3. Serve salsa rosa sauce in a bowl and enjoy.
4. You can prepare canapΓ©s by spreading cocktail sauce on sandwich bread and putting shrimp on top.
