Masala fish curry: an oriental and good taste

Ingredients:
1kg fish
3 medium sized tomatoes for puree
½ bowl of chopped coriander
2 green chillies
2 large onion chopped
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ fenugreek seeds
12- 15 curry leaves
½ lemon
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Directions:
In hot oil put the fenugreek and cumin seeds, then add the curry leaves. Then add onion and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Then add tomato paste and the spices (except the garam masala powder). Then add the garam masala, green chillies and fish. Finally add coriander and water. Let it cook.
