How To Make The Perfect Fish and Chips

Here's the secret to make it crispy and delicious:

INGREDIENTS
• 500g fish fillet
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg
• 170ml / 6ozmilk
• Salt
• Cooking oil
• Potato
 
METHOD
  1. Beat milk with egg, add flour and salt. Mix.
  2. Dip and cover the fillet with batter and put in hot oil.
  3. Fry until light golden brown.
  4. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into ½ square strips. Rinse in cold water and dry with a paper towel. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
