How To Make The Perfect Fish and Chips

Here's the secret to make it crispy and delicious:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 500g fish fillet
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg
• 170ml / 6ozmilk
• Salt
• Cooking oil
• Potato
METHOD
- Beat milk with egg, add flour and salt. Mix.
- Dip and cover the fillet with batter and put in hot oil.
- Fry until light golden brown.
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise into ½ square strips. Rinse in cold water and dry with a paper towel. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
