Goulash: a spicy and tasty meat recipe that everyone will love

Goulash is much more than a common stew; This typical dish of Hungarian cuisine, made with beef, is spiced to a turn and really tasty. Here is a variation, with a polenta side dish.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 8
1200g beef muscle
1200g white onions
2 tablespoons lard
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 glass red wine
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs marjoram
350g tomato puree
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon spicy paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
350-500ml vegetable broth
polenta
1200g white onions
2 tablespoons lard
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 glass red wine
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs marjoram
350g tomato puree
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon spicy paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
350-500ml vegetable broth
polenta
DIRECTIONS
Brown the meat in a pan, then put it in a bowl. Cut the onion and put it to cook in the same pan used for meat, together with the lard, after about 20 minutes, put the meat again and blend with the wine. Now add all the spices little by little. After half an hour add the puree, then the broth. Finally, brown the polenta cubes, which you will serve as a side dish.
