Puff pastry prosciutto sticks: perfect as an appetizer or aperitif

Ingredients:
Puff pastry (250g for 10 sticks)
Prosciutto
Grated cheese
pepper
3 eggs
Directions:
Roll out the puff pastry and cover with beaten eggs, cheese and pepper. Then put the slices of prosciutto and cut several strips. Form the sticks by rolling the strips and cover with egg yolk, cheese and pepper. Bake at 180-190°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
