Stuffed braised squid: the recipe to make them

Ingredients:
1 lb of Clean Whole Squid
For the filling:
½ cup Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp of olives, pitted and chopped
2 Tbsp of Capers
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley
2 Olive Oil
1 Small Clove of Garlic, finely minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauce:
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
900 gr peeled and chopped Tomatoes
½ cup of Tomato Puree
1 cup of White Wine
Basil
Salt and Pepper
For the filling:

Directions:
Prepare the filling and stuff the squid, close them with a toothpick.
Prepare the sauce and after 5/10 minutes put the stuffed squid. Let them cook for 45 minutes.
