Calzone recipe: faster than it seems

Ingredients:
350ml water
2 eggs
100g butter
1 tablespoon salt
For stuffing:
cheese
minced meat

For stuffing:

Prepare the mixture by boiling the water in a pot, adding the butter and salt, then remove from the heat and add two eggs; mix until well combined, then put the mixture in 200g of flour and mix again until obtaining a soft and thick dough; cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a few hours; you just have to cut your calzones and stuff them as you like, then fry them for a few minutes: two examples are shown in the pictures, one with cheese, the other with ground beef.
