Parisian flan: the delicious French custard pie

Ingredients:
50 cl of milk
125 g fresh cream
125 gr of caster sugar
6 egg yolks
50 grams of corn flour
1 vanilla pod
 
Directions:
Bring cream and milk to the boil with the vanilla pod. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar and flour. Then add the two mixtures and mix together until a thick mixture is obtained. Put the cream in a dish, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool. Then pour into a circular pan of 18-21 cm and bake at 180°C (350°C) for 35 minutes.
