Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough;
3 scoops ice cream;
vegetable oil for frying;
chocolate sauce for serving.

Instructions
Roll out 6 pieces of biscuit dough.
Place 3 scoops of ice cream on top of 3 rolled out biscuits. Gather the dough to cover the ice cream, place the ball seam side down on top of another layer of dough and pinch it together again.
Fry each ice cream ball in preheated (180C/350F) vegetable oil for about 3 minutes or until deeply golden and crispy.
Freeze before serving. Serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
