SheetPan Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2lb ground beef
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 cup ketchup
12 tortillas
24 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
Heat the oil in a large pan and slightly fry some onion.
Add garlic and stir, then add the beef and fry it until brown on all sides.
Season with salt and pepper and mix with ketchup.
Place a parchment paper on a baking-sheet and grease it with melted butter, lay out tortillas, put on top cheese slices.
Add cooked beef, cover with tortillas and grease them with butter again. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
Bake at 220C/440F for 15 min.
