Quesadilla: a tasty dinner idea

INGREDIENTS
1 pound steak
1 pound steak
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp Butter

1 onion, diced
3 bell peppers
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, diced
4 large flour tortillas

METHOD
Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook on a grill for 3-4 min on each side.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and fry for a few minutes. Add peppers and stir.
Mix cooked onions and peppers, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions until combined.
Chop the steak
Spread cheese mixture on half of a tortilla add some steak.
Melt butter in a pan and cook it until tortilla is golden and cheese is melted.
