Pistachio Crème Brûlée: a mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
500 ml heavy cream
1 vanilla pod
5 ml vanilla extract
75 gr sugar
6 egg yolks
Pistachio paste:
160 gr pistachios
Oil
Almond extract
1 vanilla pod
5 ml vanilla extract
75 gr sugar
6 egg yolks
Pistachio paste:
160 gr pistachios
Oil
Almond extract
Directions:
Blend the pistachios with oil and almond extract. Cook the heavy cream with the vanilla pod. Mix eggs and sugar and then put all together. Pour in another bowl. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. Then add sugar and caramelize it.
