Ingredients:
4 eggplants
3 large potatoes
400g ground beef
Tomato sauce
salt
Directions:
Cut the eggplant and the potatoes and arrange them alternately on a pan, then cover with ground beef. Pour the tomato sauce and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
