Neapolitan Graffe Recipe: You Won't Be Able To Stop Eating Them

You'll never fail with this treat: fried Neapolitan graffe are fast and yummy doughnuts.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
420g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
25g fresh yeast
50g butter
50ml milk
300g potatoes, boiled
Vanilla extract (optional)
Grated orange peel
Directions:
Start preparing the dough with sugar, milk and yeast (dissolved in a little water). Then add flour, butter and orange peel. Finally add the eggs and potatoes, previously boiled. Continue mixing by hand and then let dough rise until doubled. Then form balls, roll them out and shape into doughnuts. Let them rise again for 30/60 minutes and then deep fry them. Coat in sugar and enjoy these fantastic graffe.
