Pot roast recipe: juicy, tasty and great dish

Ingredients:
3lbs Boneless Chuck Roast
2 cloves of garlic
Portobella Mushrooms
Baby Carrots
Onions
1 8oz can of cream of mushroom
2T Worcester Sauce
2 small bay leaves
4oz sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 to 1 full packet of ranch salad dressing seasoning mix
1/2C of beef stock
1/2 of red wine
Directions:
Cut garlic and mushrooms, then season the roast with salt and pepper. Then cook it in a pan (8-10 minutes for each side). Then put all the ingredients in a pot and let them cook for 8-9 hours. Then serve this tasty dish with mashed potatoes and carrots.
