Double chocolate glazed donuts: a unique dessert

Chocolate Donuts Recipe:
- 310 gr All Purpose Flour
- 40 gr Cocoa Powder
- 160 gr White Sugar
- 160 gr Whole Milk
- 60 gr Oil ( Do not use butter!)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 7 gr Dry Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract ( Add it to the milk)
For the Chocolate Glaze:
- 60 gr melted Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- Milk( Room temp, add more or less depending how thick you want your glaze to be)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Prepare:
In a medium mixing bowl combine whole milk, oil and egg yolks.In other bowl mix cocoa powder and sugar and add the liquids. Transfer the dough into a bigger bowl and cover it. After three hours transfer it on a floured work area and work it with your hands. Cut it with a donut cutter or use a cookie cutter to make the donut and the hole, or just use a glass. Cover each donut with butter. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and bake them. In the meantime prepare the chocolate glaze: mix butter, cocoa powder, sugar and a splash of milk. Cover the donuts with the glaze and serve them. If you want you can addd some chocolate chips on top.
