Crumble cheesecake: the recipe to make a creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
300 g of biscuits
80 g of butter
- For the raspberry layer:
300 g of fresh raspberries
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of lemon juice
- For the crumble:
90 g of flour
50 g of brown sugar
50 g of butter
- For the filling:
800 g of cream cheese
190 g of sugar
200 g of whipping cream
12 g of corn starch
1 tbsp pf vanilla extract
4 eggs
Directions:
1. For the base: finely grind the biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
2. Use this mixture to coat the cake mold and bake at 160° for 5 minutes.
3. Now mix raspberries, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Set aside.
4. For the crumble: mix butter and sugar, then add flour and mix with your hands. Set aside.
5. For the filling: mix cheese and sugar, then add whipping cream and eggs.
6. Flavor with some vanilla extract and pour onto the biscuit base.
7. Now cover with the raspberries and crumble you made before.
8. Bake at 160° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then let cool for 40 minutes.
9. Refrigerate for 6 hours and serve.
