Roasted baby potatoes: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
500 g of baby potatoes
30 ml of olive oil
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of mixed herbs
3 sprigs of rosemary
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in half.
2. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.
3. Season with olive oil, herbs, garlic, paprika, black pepper and salt.
4. Place in a tray and add rosemary and garlic.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
