Colorful truffles: the recipe for some beautiful and delicious treats

Ingredients:
500 g of dates
70 g of walnuts
70 g of almonds
40 g of grated coconut
2 tbsp of honey
Directions:
1. Toast walnuts and almonds in the oven at 200° for 6 minutes.
2. Mix them with dates and coconuts in a food processor.
3. Add honey and shape into a firm dough.
4. Shape into little balls.
5. Coat them with different ingredients like pistachios, sesame seeds, chocolate flakes ecc.. to make them different colors.
