Pita buns: the recipe to make a tasty and original appetizer

Ingredients:
300 g of flour
5 g of dry brewer's yeast
15 g of sugar
5 g of salt (1 tsp)
180-200 ml of water
30 g of oil
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Then stir in 2 tbsp of flour.
2. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Now add oil, the rest of the flour, salt and more water.
5. Knead, cover and let rise for 40 minutes.
6. Cut the dough in small pieces of about 75 g each, then flatten.
7. Place in a tray covered with baking paper.
8. Let rise for 20 minutes.
9. Bake at 200° for 10 minutes.
