Bread croquettes: the tasty recipe to reuse stale bread

Ingredients:
300 g of stale bread
150 ml of milk
3 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Salt
4 eggs
Olive oil or sunflower seeds oil
Directions:
1. Grind bread and wet with milk.
2. Then add garlic, parsley and salt.
3. Whisk the eggs and pour onto the bread mixture.
4. Then shape the croquettes using two spoons.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
