Cod in green sauce: the recipe to make a light and delicious fish meal

Ingredients:
400 g of cod
3 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
White wine
1 tbsp of corn starch
100 ml of water
Olive oil
Directions:
1. In a pan, stir fray garlic with some olive oil. Then add cod.
2. Add white wine and a mixture of corn starch and water.
3. Lastly add chopped fresh parsley.
4. Let simmer until cooked.
