Spinach squares: the recipe for tasty meal ready in no time

Ingredients: 
 
375 g of puff pastry
 
- For the filling: 
1 tbsp of olive oil 
1 onion 
2 garlic cloves
1 pinch of salt 
1 pinch of pepper
150 g of fresh spinach 
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
250 g of feta cheese
50 g of cream cheese
1 egg 
 
- For decoration: 
1 egg 
2-3 tbsp of sesame seeds
 
Directions: 
1. Mix feta, cream cheese and egg in a bowl.
2. Saute diced onion in a pan with salt and pepper, then add spinach and cook. 
3. Mix in cooked spinach in the cheese mixture. 
4. Fill puff pastry and cover with another puff pastry sheet sealing the edges with a fork. 
5. Brush with whisked egg, then make some cuttings and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
6. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
