Berries marbled cake: the recipe to make delicious and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
- For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
120 g of sugar
20 g of vegetable oil
150 g of flour
10 g of corn starch
10 g of baking powder
- For the filling:
300 g of cream cheese
170 g of condensed milk
225 g of cream
300 g of currant
100 g of sugar
15 g of corn starch
- For the syrup:
100 mg of water
1 tbsp of condensed milk
- For the currant mousse:
7 g of gelatin
40 mg of water
30 g of boiling water
60 g of sugar
300 g of currants
- For the yogurt mousse:
9 g of gelatin
50 mg of water
400 g of greek yogurt or sour cream
10 g of vanilla sugar
60 g of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar for 5 minutes. Then pour in oil.
2. Add sifted dry ingredients: flour, corn starch, baking powder.
3. Pour the batter in a cake mold and bake at 170° for 40 minutes.
4. Cut the cake in three layers.
5. Whip cream and cream cheese, then add condensed milk.
6. Cook currants in a saucepan with sugar and corn starch.
7. Assemble the cake with syrup, cheese filling and currant filling.
8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
9. Boil water and sugar, then add currants and boil for 3-4 minutes.
10. Blend using a hand mixer and add hydrated gelatin.
11. Mix yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add hydrated gelatin.
12. Use these two mixtures to coat the cake.
13. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
