Swiss brioches: the irresistible dessert with chocolate chips and custard

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 g of flour
3 eggs
30 g of sugar
5 g of instant dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
125 g of soft butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
- For the custard:
250 ml of milk
3 egg yolks
60 g of sugar
20 g of corn starch
Half a tsp of vanilla powder
10 g of butter
Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Pour flour, yeast, sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl. Knead for 5 minutes.
2. Lastly stir in butter.
3. Let rise for 2 hours at room temperature.
4. Pour milk in a saucepan, add vanilla and bring to a boil.
5. Aside, whisk eggs and sugar. Then add corn starch.
6. Pour hot milk in this mixture, and cook again until it thickens.
7. Turn off the stove and stir in the butter.
8. Flatten the dough and spread with custard, then add chocolate chips.
9. Fold and cut in stripes, place them in a tray and let rise again for 40 minutes at room temperature.
10. Brush with whisked egg and milk.
11. Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
