Semolina cake: the recipe for a quick, simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 g of semolina flour
120 ml of milk
1 egg
1 cup of yogurt
60 g of sugar
1 lemon zest
70 ml of sunflower seeds oil
5 g of baking powder
2 tbsp of grated coconut (optional)
1 pinch of salt
90 g of honey
30 g of butter
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar in a large bowl, then flavor with grated lemon zest.
2. Stir in oil, yogurt, milk, coconut, semolina flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Mix to combine all of the ingredients.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
5. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
6. Melt honey and butter in a saucepan.
7. Pour the mixture on top of the cake while it's still warm.
8. Decorate with more grated coconut and chopped pistachios.
