Smashed broccoli: the easy recipe to turn them into a crispy delicious snack

Ingredients:
Broccoli
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper (optional)
1 garlic clove
Fresh parsley
50 g of grated cheese
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli in pieces and boil them.
2. Place in tray coated with baking paper and smash them using a glass.
3. Season with oil, salt, pepper, chili pepper, chopped garlic and parsley.
4. Now sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
