Lentils soup: the delicious and simple recipe

Ingredients:
320 g of dried lentils
2 cloves of garlic
Half onion
1 Leek
1/2 red bell pepper
1 Tomato
2 Carrots
1 large potato
1 teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Salt
Olive oil
Water q.b.
 
Directions:
1. Pour oil into a large pot and add garlic, onion, leek and red pepper.
2. Sauté and add salt, paprika, tomato, carrots and potatoes.
3. At this point pour the water and combine the lentils.
4. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
5. Grind cumin, salt and add to the soup.
6. Pour a little water and cook for a few more minutes.
