Layered chocolate cake: the delicious recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
160 g of prunes
40 ml of liquor (brandy, whisky, cognac, rum...)
160 g of walnuts
160 g of butter
300 g of condensed milk
400 g of mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
20 g of cocoa powder
- For the batter:
4 eggs
105 g of sugar
40 ml of vegetable oil
7 g of baking powder
65 ml of milk
105 g of flour
25 g of cocoa powder
- For the syrup:
150 ml of water
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
- For the chocolate ganache:
50 g of dark chocolate
50 g of cream
Directions:
1. Dice the prunes and soak them into the liquor for 30 minutes.
2. Now toast walnuts in a pan and roughly chop them.
3. Batter: whisk eggs and sugar for 10 minutes, then add oil and milk.
4. Stir in sifted dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
5. Pour the batter into a cake mold and bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
6. Make the filling by whipping the butter, then gradually pour in condensed milk.
7. Add sifted cocoa powder and mascarpone cheese, then stir in fruit from before.
8. Assemble the dessert by cutting the cake in three equal layers and wetting them with the syrup before layering the filling.
9. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
10. Make the ganache by melting chocolate with hot cream and use it to decorate.
