Cherries rolls: the recipe for a quick and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
400 of pitted cherries
Cherries syrup
25 g of corn starch
100 g of sugar
Lemon juice
400 g of phyllo dough (8-10 sheets)
80-100 g of butter
1 egg
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix cherry syrup and corn starch.
2. In a saucepan pour sugar, cherries and lemon zest. Bring to a boil and pour the syrup and starch mixture.
3. Continue cooking until it thickens, cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
4. Brush melted butter onto phyllo dough, then fill with the cherries mixture from before.
5. Close to shape the rolls and place them in a tray coated with baking paper.
6. Whisk one egg and brush their surface.
7. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
